Dear Members,

At the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association we have made the commitment to support the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer movement to fight breast cancer. Many of us have lost family members and dear friends to this disease. We are asking for your support in this fight to save lives.

You can support our efforts in two ways:
1. Walk with us!
2. Make a donation to the American Cancer Society.

WALK WITH US
We will be walking at this year’s Breast Cancer Walk on Sunday, October 27, 2024. The walk starts at 8:00AM at Coney Island Boardwalk & Maimonides Park (1904 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY) and is approximately 3 miles long.

CONSIDER MAKING A DONATION
In addition to walking, we are also committed to raising funds to help support the American Cancer Society’s work. Together we can end breast cancer. Every dollar we raise will directly support the American Cancer Society’s innovative breast cancer research, help provide free 24/7 information and support, ensure greater access to quality care, influence public policy, and provide patient support. When you give, your impact makes a real difference in the fight against breast cancer.
