This program will introduce you to the basics of representing a client in criminal court and provide you with basic criminal law concepts, and the nuts and bolts to represent a client in a criminal proceeding. You will receive 2.0 CLE credits in Professional Practice.* This course is transitional for all attorneys.*

The Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York has been certified by the NY State Continuing Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York. This program is transitional and appropriate for experienced and newly admitted attorneys. Full and partial scholarships based on financial need are available. Full scholarships for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal services for victims of domestic violence.
