A career in law should be meaningful. It should give the attorney a sense of fulfillment. The last few years have presented challenges to many, including attorneys. If it is becoming apparent that a change in one’s practice, place of employment is desired or even needed, what strategies should be employed so any such transition is beneficial. Making a career change is a serious decision. Having the necessary tools is vital.

This year’s WBASNY platform is “Empowered Women Empowering Women.” The speakers, all empowered women in their own right, will share the steps taken to reach their career objective to date. The information presented will provide knowledge to assist one to embark on a path that will enable one to explore future career options and opportunities.
