This CLE will discuss the way preconceived notions of how a victim or perpetrator of domestic violence should behave and how they appear in court can impede jurists and jurors from making an accurate determination of credibility in domestic violence cases and how attorneys can best present their cases to obtain better outcomes for domestic violence survivors and their children.
