At a time where there is so much uncertainty, one thing that is certain is that our lives will forever be altered by COVID-19.  This is especially true in the workplace. Many employers were understandably unprepared for the challenges they faced when the stay-at-home orders were issued.  Now that businesses are slowly re-opening and employers are considering bringing employees back to the workplace, changes should be made to company handbooks, policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace for everyone and to prepare in the event of future shutdowns.  This webinar will address anticipated changes to workplaces and how employers can inform employees of such changes by updating their policies and procedures prior to bringing their employees back to work.
