How to Become an Immigration Judge
Information Session

This information session will be conducted by senior staff of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), an agency within the United States Department of Justice that adjudicates immigration cases and conducts immigration court proceedings. In this information session, we will explain to you who immigration judges are and share some of their backgrounds, the duties of an immigration judge, and the benefits of working for EOIR. At the end of our presentation, we will answer questions about the immigration judge position and application process.
