The New York Regional Solicitor’s Office of the U.S. Department of Labor is hiring trial attorneys!
In collaboration with the Metropolitan Black Bar Association and the New York Chapter of the Howard Law School Alumni Association, the New York Regional Solicitor’s Office (SOL) will be hosting a virtual recruiting event on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST. Please join us on Microsoft Teams: SOL recruiting event link.
At this event, you will have the opportunity to hear from the Regional Solicitor and three experienced attorneys about the federal statutes we enforce, our litigation and trial work, and office culture, and to ask questions. We will discuss why an SOL trial attorney position is a great opportunity for experienced attorneys who want to continue litigating, while engaging in meaningful impactful work, with work-life balance and a competitive public service salary.
The New York SOL job posting link on USAJobs (https://www.usajobs.gov/) will be circulated by e-mail on October 24 when the application goes live, and the announcement will have more information about the position and how to apply. We anticipate the application deadline will be November 14, 2022.
