NYWBA Cycle for Survival Fundraising Event
Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 1 – 5 PM
On Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 1 – 5 PM, the NYWBA will be cycling to beat rare cancer at Equinox Byant Park. We have two stationary bikes and will switch off riding throughout the event. Feel free to donate, ride (for as many or as few minutes as you would like), or just come to cheer us on.
This will be our 4th year participating in the annual Cycle for Survival fundraiser for which we have raised thousands of dollars in past years.
100% will be donated to Memorial Sloan Kettering’s rare cancer research. Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is the world’s oldest and largest private institution dedicated to revolutionizing our understanding and treatment of cancer. Within just a few months, all of the money raised will be placed directly into the hands of MSK doctors and scientists to conduct research to beat rare cancers.
Melissa F. Glassman is our team coach and will be joined by NYWBA members, members’ families, and friends.
We ride in memory of those we have lost to cancer and in honor of those currently fighting.
We specifically dedicate our ride to NYWBA Past President Amanda Norejko who we sadly lost to cancer.
