Description of event: In law school we learn the law, and to think like lawyers. What we aren’t taught is how to communicate effectively with clients, and with others we encounter in the legal world. This program offers tips on how to help you communicate effectively with your clients, and increase the chances that your clients will wind up happy with you. Topics include: Validation, Trust your gut, Ways to improve effective communication, What are you bringing to the party?, What to watch out for.
