Highlights of Presidency:

The first GRAWA member to serve as WBASNY President, I was honored with the support of my chapter. 2018 brought the emergence of the “Me too” movement, bringing workplace sexual harassment into national focus. Women’s pay equity and reproductive rights were center stage.

WBASNY rolled out the Promotion Project, a statewide effort to encourage every WBASNY member to promote another WBASNY member by submitting a nomination for an award or letter of recommendation, with the goal of 5,000 nominations of deserving women across the state. The Promotion Project was recognized nationally by the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations, and statewide, by the New York State Bar Association Conference of Bar Leaders.
