The NYSBA/WBASNY Domestic Violence Initiative was formed to increase and improve the civil legal services available to victims of domestic violence. The Initiative aimed to educate attorneys about domestic violence in the hopes that more attorneys would be qualified to render pro bono services for domestic violence victims. Accordingly, The NYSBA/WBASNY Domestic Violence Initiative offers the follow continuing legal education classes for free to all attorneys.
